There are designated tribal lands. This act gives each family 160 acres of land for each family. Breaks up Tribal identities and ideals because natives believe the land is not owned by anyone, it is simply shared by everyone since God gave it to us. This act also gave natives US Citizenship if they lived on the land for 25 years and also assimilated
