Description:
1. John Von Neumann may have invented the concept of a self-replicating program, but they began being produced (primarily as jokes) around this point.
2. Viruses would turn into malware, leading to the darker side of computer science like hacking, scamming, ransomware, et cetera.
3. Later, in 1983, this would inspire the invention of anti-virus software, another major field of computer science.
