Description:

The Saar was an area in the Rhineland.

Under the terms of the TOV, resources of this area could be taken by the French and the area was placed under control of the LON for 15 years.

However, Hitler sent in troops to 'protect' people as they cast their votes on a Plebiscite, the public began to overwhelmingly vote to become part of Germany, in what became a 90% vote for Germany.
