Description:
The Non-Intercourse Act repealed the Embargo Act. This being said, the Americans could still not trade or enter into French or British Ports. The repeal of the Embargo Act however good for business, did not have that much effect on the businesses and farmers because France and Britain were the biggest purchasers of American goods.
