We the Few of Richmond, Strive to create greatness, insure justice, bestow Peace, and arrange for the fundamental defenses, advance future developments of our country and secure the rights to all Freedoms and Liberties blessed upon this Land, do establish this Constitution of the Covenant.


First Directive

The Covenant shall Ensure that Peace and Democracy are Shown Clearly amongst all Government Members.

Second Directive

This Constitution is the Supreme Law in the Covenant and shall be Treated with Respect and Care.

Third Directive

Any law with Conflict with Any Directive shall be known as Incomprehensible with All Associates.

Fourth Directive

There Shall Only be Three Branches in the Covenant At All Times.
Every Branch of the Covenant is Considered Separate Branches in All Rights and No One Branch Can Have Absolute Power.

Fifth Directive

All People Within the Covenant have the Right to the Freedoms of Religion, Speech, Opinion, Press, and Trial.
A Person may have any Personal Religious Affiliation of Their Choosing.
A Person has the Right to Speak Freely in any Manner.
A Person Can Openly Express any Personal Opinion they have with any Form of Governmental Law One Agrees or Disagrees with.
A Person has the Right to a Fair and Respected Trial.

Sixth Directive

A Person Can be Charged For Any Violation Towards the Law.
No One Person can be Tried twice For the Same Offense.
No Self Incrimination During a Trial.
Seventh Directive

Members are Guaranteed a Trial By Jury For Any Crime.
Members Are Guaranteed a Publicized and Hasty Trial.
The Accused Must Give All Evidence That One Knows of.
The Accused Can Question Any Testimony Given Towards Them.
Members Have the Right to a Lawyer if Wanted.

Eighth Directive

No Single Person or Group Can be Biased In Any Official or Governmental Debate or Event.

Ninth Directive

More Rights Are Given to the People Beyond the Previous Freedoms.

Tenth Directive

Any Member of the Covenant Can Be Removed From Their Office.
In Order for the Removal of a Covenant Member,
There Must be Ground for Expulsion.
Removal Must Be Approved By The Covenant President.
The Majority for an Expulsion has to be ¾ of the voting population.
The President of Richmond Can Be Impeached if,
The President is Acting Unconstitutional Towards Any Subject.
The President is Being Biased Towards Any Person/Side/Organization.
¾ of Covenant Members Agree to an Impeachment.
Then the Impeachment Vote Must Go Through Secondary Voting With Higher Members of the Covenant.
When a President is Impeached, Vice President of Richmond Will Become Acting President.

Eleventh Directive

Constituents Must Vote For New Legislations.
¾ of Voting Members Have To Agree In Order For a Legislation to be Passed.

Twelfth Directive

Military Service is Voluntary.
Voting is Compulsory.

Thirteenth Directive

No 7th Graders Are Allowed Into the Covenant By Any Means.
No Women Are Allowed Into the Covenant By Any Means.
