Adolf Hitler saw that Japan wanted to expand their empire, so he formed an alliance with them which meant that Japan has just joined the Axis powers with Italy’s Benito Mussolini and Germany’s Adolf Hitler. America cut ties with Japan and had stopped giving them resources since Japan was now in the axis powers. Japan and Germany both declare war on the U.S.A.
