Description:

In his second State of the Union Address, Bush criticized North Korea for “arming with missiles and weapons of mass destruction, while starving its citizens.” Bush later in the address called North Korea, Iran and Iraq the “axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world.”
This speech rekindled the American Korean rivalry from the 1950's.
