Description:

The US and the DPRK gather in Berlin for the first round of missile talks. The United States wants the North Koreans to comply with the Missile Technology Control Regime (MTCR), aimed at reducing the use, sale and development of WMDs. North Korea on the other hand demanded that America pay back lost missile-related revenue. The talks continue for a few days and have little affect on the situations and the the relations between the two nations continues to deteriorate.
