Description:
He looked at his pulsating planetary model to figure out the hydrogen gas discharge tube and he did the math for it too. His evidence was that the orbits are located in a certain distance from nucleus. He used the tubes for the hydrogen gas discharge. He discovered that Electrons are on specific levels and can move between energy levels, predicted lines in hydrogen spectrum.
