We disabled the "Publish changes" button during saving changes, because when people quickly click the two buttons one after the other, the saving of changes is still not processed and they publish the same old post again.
In addition to that we changed the label from "Save changes" to "Save draft" because all changes done are automatically saved to a draft version before the user decides to publish them.
