As a part of our continuos effort in improving security for our end users, we are releasing a new feature today. From today any end user can go to the security center of their account and enable multi-factor authentication on their account. Once enabled they will be asked to verify multi-factor authentication codes (Similar to Reward Manager Admins) adding another crucial layer of security to their accounts.

We have also improved the support processes around this so that if a member is locked out due to losing their phone etc, they can raise a query with their programme's security administrators which can then be resolved by the admins via the Task Manager available on Reward Manager.
