A few bugs cropped up recently, making it difficult for recognition senders to see any of the information that allowed them to identify colleagues with the same name. Any Discriminator Fields your client has set up should now appear correctly and consistently, across all recognition sending dropdowns.
We also know it's important for our clients to keep their list of R&R options tidy in Reward Manager. That's why we introduced the ability to delete unwanted programmes [LINK] a few weeks ago, and that's also why we fixed a bug that prevented deleting deprovisioned users from the list of Nomination approvers for a specific programme.
This is even more important with clients who use the Open (Selectable) nomination method: this method requires the nominator to choose an approver on the nomination form, and before this fix, they would see a lot of members called Deleted User in the list!
If you've been looking for a way to delete an empty Approver Level the client no longer needs, now you can do that too. All you need to do is look out for the Remove Level button in the Manage Approvers section of your Nomination programme.
We fixed a bug with the Detailed Ecards Report (R62), which meant scheduled eCards were not being listed. From today, if your client has any scheduled eCards set up, they will always be included in the report, which will match the report on Number of Ecards Sent (R61).
