oct 16, 2019 - Employee Recognition and Reward – Adding Nominations to the Social Wall

Description:

Add Nominations to your clients' Social Wall directly from Reward Manager, with no need to raise a ticket. Here's how.

1) Visit Smart Products > Smart Dashboard in Reward Manager, and look up your client's programme
2) Check that the Social Wall is enabled (and turn it on if not)
3) Turn on the toggle called "Nominations from Social Recognition Wall"

When the toggle is ON:

- Approved Nominations that the nominator has chosen to share appear on the Wall
- Winners receive email notifications in the new format, taking them straight to claim their award without a code
- If the client's preferred Communication method for the programme is Postal or None, winners still need a code to claim their award

You can, of course, turn the toggle OFF at any time if your client prefers to not show approved Nominations on the Wall.
