We have built an Onboarding framework that is going to be helping brand new visitors to the SmartSpending™ landing page understand the benefits of our discounts offering. As a result, we should see an increase in new users becoming savers. We've built the onboarding tooltips to:
• Help increase discounts usage by being informative and helpful;
• Provide a better first-visit experience;
• Reduce the pressure of employee launch comms being the sole point of education;
