Description:

We fixed issues, so the user journey to find and redeem awards is consistent across all programmes (local or global, SmartSpending or not). Better still, we introduced a few more improvements to make the user journey even clearer:
- Users who have a R&R balance to spend will see a new Use Balance call to action on the My Awards page
- Users who visit the Redeem Award page to spend their R&R balance will find clearer instructions on how to use it (live date for this: September 2019)
