Walter is PM: 647-720-2206BASEMENT:
ENSURE LIGHTING IN AFFECTED CEILING AREAS ARE NOT USED.
Remove affected/wet carpet and pad - retain samples for ICC.
Tearout of wet/affected ceilings in basement - "hallway" area and bathroom.
Remove paneling on exterior of bathroom and remove any wet insulation uncovered.
Remove any wet baseboards.
Some exterior walls appear to be affected, please inspect and identify if wet insulation is a concern.
MAIN FLOOR:
Remove affected base and toe kicks.
