Like many other students, I rely heavily on Google for my information. Google has incorporated new technologies in order to make people’s lives easier, and by doing this, it has grown into a fundamental factor for the process of globalization. The Internet has become a huge part of our lives, and Google is found practically everywhere! As well as providing information for the world, they are also incredibly environmentally friendly. Google is carbon neutral, their data centers use 50% less energy than the usual data center, and they are the largest purchaser of renewable energy on the planet. This company also provides a positive social impact by undergoing many philanthropic activities. Overall, I think that Google has expanded globally to aid society with the spread of information while also creating more revenue for the business.
