Description: An overhead projector is a machine that has a light inside it and can be used to make the writing or pictures on a sheet of plastic appear on a screen or wall.
Experience: Seen most often in small parishes, especially ones inside the village, the OHP is often used during the Psalm and providing lyrics to songs. It's quite tricky to use at times because you have to be careful with the positioning of the transparent film that sometimes it gets projected wrongly. Moving the text is not as easy as a click of a button since the operator has to be attentive enough to slide the page or place in the next one. Compared to newer versions, it's simple and less appealing.
