Scope of Modification

4. This modification is issued to modify the ICMS
Workstation Software and the ICMS/UIC PSA
software to allow the UIC and PSA Monitor
status to be displayed on the ICMS Master Workstation as outlined in the attached change
proposal SP-1023 dated 7/12/2010 The total firm-
fixed price for this effort is $98,553.37. Change
Proposal SP-1023, dated 7/12/2010 is herein made a part of the Contract. The period of performance for this effort is six months (2/9/2011) from the award date of this modification.
