When I reviewed the thread on this file, Walter followed up with Avenue on Monday of this week. Have you followed up with them since then or is Mindy's email the first reply you received in response to his request? If so, 5 days to be informed they cannot supply us with an estimate until sometime next week is poor communication and prevents us from returning the estimate which affects our scorecard.
