Good evening Werner,


Results of the mould air sampling conducted on Friday September 15th, 2017 have been deemed satisfactory following our additional recommendation to re-clean the basement using HEPA vacuuming and a re-application of a suitable antimicrobial disinfectant.


Total mould concentrations were observed to be significantly reduced in the post-remediation samples as compared to the background air sampling conducted on September 7th, 2017. No obvious visible mould was observed at the time of our inspection/air sampling. Areas were generally clean and free of significant dust or debris.
