Hi Cindy,
I e-mailed you last night at 5.30pm and thought you would see the e-mail this morning, I was under the impression that this was an emergency removal and thought the site was ready so as soon as I got a cancellation I filled it with this removal.
Our installer went and the plumbing was not disconnected so we will go back saturday but please make sure that site is ready. same time between 1pm-4pm
