Insured arrived home from a week long vacation and discovered water all throughout the main level of home and within basement. Insured advises damages to drywall, baseboards, hardwood flooring and basement ceiling and contents.

Insured confirms water has stopped leaking and he has had a plumber attend to confirm cause - leak from water filtration system under kitchen sink. Insured has retained a water restoration company to attend and remove all standing water - Insd will need RSA contractor to attend in order to further assist with mitigation / tear out.

Unable to confirm coverage at this time and Insd is aware of this. Advsd Insd I will attend loss location Monday.
