Description:

Gloucestershire poet, and solicitor, Will Harvey moved first to Broadoak, then to Pillowell, and shortly after settled in to Yorkley where he lived for the rest of his life. In 1926 he published "In Pilliowell Woods and Other Poems", and he would go on to become an important figure in the cultural life of the Forest. He wrote poems, a play and radio programmes set in the Forest.
