apr 25, 2011 - Oprah Winfrey's Final broadcast of her show
Description:
Oprah Winfrey had her first show in 1986, and is one of the most powerful, influential, and popular African American women of all time. She broke the barrier in the 20th century by allowing LGBTQ community members to join her on her show. While Oprah was criticized greatly for creating a culture where people confessed to things on live television, her influence on their lives and millions of others greatly outweighs any harsh comments from those that disliked her. Oprah has also been called by many the "Most influential woman in the world".
