Economic rise had major impact on the spread of children’s theatre. With the increase of money placed into new organisations and buildings, theatre was given a chance to grow. Funding was largely increased and with the economic growth, theatre makers were able to further spread their influence towards a child audience. The Celtic Tigers monetary contribution to the cultural sector of TIE marks a transitionary period of development for the TIE pedagogy. Various TIE companies were set up in Ireland during this time (Keating ,2018).
