Description:
In 1572, Queen Elizabeth I of England first commissioned Francis Drake as a privateer to rob Spanish ships of their valuables. With every ship he plundered, he gained more respect and fame. When the Spanish Armada arrived, Francis Drake was so trusted by Elizabeth I that she depended on him to win them the victory - which he supposedly played a major role in.
