Description:
After the Glorious Revolution, in which they were crowned king and queen of England, King William III and Queen Mary II signed the Bill of Rights. The English Bill of Rights made William and Mary constitutional monarchs, monarchs whose power was shared with another branch of government; in their case, it was Parliament.
