jun 1, 1628 - Petition of Right demanded by Parliament to Charles I

Description:

In June 1648 Parliament demanded the first petition of the Parliamentary debates. In this Parliament demanded to Charles I that you cannot levy taxes by yourself and no more perrogative courts. These demands were not put into place because immediately after Charles signed it he tore it up.
