jan 1, 1806 - ★ War of the Fourth Coalition

Description:

Many German attacks were served to create a neutral zone between France and Central Europe. This segregation alarmed the Prussians. French knowingly, threatened Prussia even though French was losing many battles. The war mayhem in Berlin rose and lasted the summer of 1806 and all the way until September. Many changes were made to move more troops to the Central Europe to dominate the land. No progress was made as the German attacks were frequent to press against the soldiers of France. Meanwhile, Napoleon invaded Prussia with 180,000 troops, moving up until the bank of River Saale in Prussia. Napoleon's plan was to destroy one opponent before more reinforcements came so the battle could tip and mean victory for France. Then the battle of the 14th of October, where the French convincingly defeated the Prussians and inflicted heavy casualties to many of their soldiers whom of many were dead. The Prussian king was unable to command more troops. Then, in the War of the Fifth Coalition, Austria invaded France and inflicted heavy damage. A major defeat and the first in a long time. Napoleon was devastated and excited at the same time and retaliated with 180,000 troops marching against Austria.
