8 h, nov 2, 2004 y - Part of the wall falls down, Tobin is killed, Morgan is bitten. (Issue 81) (Issue 82)

Description:

- Day 472
- While Tobin and Holly watch the wall, Holly notices the panel next to the loose part moving slightly. Tobin tells her it's been doing that since the other one came loose and its nothing to worry about as the truck should keep them blocked. Just then that part of the wall collapses and walkers start piling through and climbing over the truck. Tobin fends them off while Holly runs to warn everyone else.
- Rick tells Jessie that he likes having her live with him and she can stay here. Holly bursts into the house and alerts Rick that the wall is down. Rick tells Jessie to lock the door and say away from windows, as he bolts it out alongside Holly. He tells her he's going to the wall and to bring anyone with a weapon over to help defend. Abraham, Morgan, Michonne, Nicholas, whoever. But NO guns. Rick arrives at the collapsed wall and finds Tobin devoured by roamers.
- Morgan arrives and helps Rick kill several roamers while Holly goes to find Michonne. Rick thinks if they trickle in and enough people are here they could take out the herd in shifts. Too many roamers start piling through and Morgan is bitten on his right arm. He collapses and Rick tries to get him to not give up as more roamers close in.
- Morgan gets up just as Michonne arrives on the scene. Rick tells her she's going to have to amputate his arm as it's the only thing that can save him. Morgan protests, not knowing what they mean but Michonne severs his arm mid-sentence. Rick carries him away and Abraham's group show up with flaming torches and weapons. Michonne helps Rick carry Morgan to his own house so Denise can patch him up there, as her place is too far away.
- Meanwhile, Heath, Glenn, Spencer and Andrea watch the chaos unfold. Glenn starts to panic and tells everyone that he's convinced he's not going to survive this; as it's never been this bad before and he can't see his life past these events.
