Ellen Gould Harmon White and her Husband James, both Millerites, began a new movement which reinterpreted Miller’s message. Jesus did cleanse the temple, but in heaven….earthly cleansing still pending. Promoted Saturday as propper day of worship. “Seventh-Day Adventist Church” organized in 1860. Focus on health and bodily purity.
