After John and Polly's 10th wedding anniversary, she makes a quick decision to search for her husband. Her plan lands her boarding a ship to Canada. She first arrived in Halifax on April 12, and then in Regina six days later. Polly's first attempt to find Jack Wilson is a phone call to the Mounted Police headquarters. She was then pointed in the direction of the Prince Albert detachment. Polly finally gets in touch with her husband and they decide to meet in Saskatoon the next day.
