Description:

The treaties of Velasco were when Mexico and Texas agreed on things. Mexico forces would withdrawal beyond rio grande, prisoners would be exchanged and Santa Anna would persuade Mexico to recognize Texas as independent. Many texans wanted Santa Anna executed but he was put on a ship to Mexico and taken off and imprisoned.
