Description:

The delivery and installation of an ICMS for the new ATCT/TRACON at Indianapolis, IN (IND) is
critical to the commissioning schedule of that facility. The requirement for the ICMS equipment
was identified early in the project. Significant schedule delays, cost increases and resource conflicts
will result if the ICMS is not delivered in time to support the commissioning of this new facility.
These impacts considered with the significant advantages provided by the capabilities of the system
far outweigh the risk associated with early delivery of the ICMS system.
