Colonel Domingo Ugartechea, Stephen F Austin, James Bowie, and James Fannin were all involved in this battle. Texans won. The Texans were scouting at mission Concepcion when de Cos sent 275 men to attack them. However, the Texans had more ammunition and had better accuracy and range and won this battle. Between 14-76 mexicans dies and only 1 texan died. This was the first major conflict.Added to timeline:
