When Moses went up to the mountains to meet with the God. At this time God gave Moses some laws to follow, it is known as The ten commandment today. A commandment is an order to do something. The Ten Commandments appear twice in the Hebrew Bible. The Torahcontains many other laws for example Noahide law. The ten commandment are:
1.The Lord am your God
2. Have no other Gods beside me, and do not make idols and worship them.
3. Do not swear falsely by the name of the Lord your God
4. Remember the sabbath day and keep it holy
5. Honor your father and mother
6.Do not commit murder
7. Do not commit adultery
8. Do not steal
9. Do not bear false witness against your neighbor.
10. Do not covet your neighbor’s house, wife or belongings.
