Noteable among the contents is that there appears to be a miscalculation of the 'Big Tax Case' liability of £2m from the £74m claimed and negotiation between BDO and HMRC seems to have seen them elect not to follow up on claims for penalties (possibly interest too) and a concession on the gross v net computation issue a possibility too.
