Description:
On Nov. 6, police were called to the 200 block of West Madrid Avenue, near Alameda Boulevard, by a passerby who found Tom Henry Croy, 44, suffering from severe trauma to his head.
Croy was initially transported to a local hospital and then to University Medical Center of El Paso where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
No arrests have been made in the case, but police confirmed it is being investigated as a homicide.
