On Oct. 31, William Dean, 49, died after getting into a fight with a neighbor. Dean walked away from the fight, police say, but died later that evening from a severed radial artery in his right hand at the residence where he was staying, in the 300 block of Karen Avenue.
David Joseph Padilla has been charged with voluntary manslaughter.
