OKC Police Dept ($0)The Oklahoma City Police Department Training and Recruiting Division was seeking to develop strategic and tactical plans for the design, development, innovation, and sustainability of classroom learning environments. This included establishing a clear vision for how the design of classrooms are approached in the future and how these environments support engaging and innovative learning experiences that serve the needs of Oklahoma City Police Department and specifically the new recruit training experience. We brought a good, competitive proposal, and Major Gourley was a strong proponent of ours. However, their budget was not up for it.
