Description:

Austria-Hungary disregards Russia's warnings and persues to draw up an ultimatum for Serbia. It talks about how Serbian officials were the blame for the assassination and made an array of demands. To ban propaganda that promotes anti-astro-Hungarian and remove officials that are presumed guilty of it. Other demands talk about letting Austria-Hungary’s collaboration in abolish subversive movements within Serbia. To sum things up, it asks Serbia to hand over it's sovereignty.
