Russia gives warnings to Austria-Hungary after the foreign minister found out about Austria-Hungary’s intentions to threaten Serbia. The public opinion in Russia was in favour to protect Serbia, so an explanation was given to Austria and Germany- in summary, if Austria-Hungary is going to attack Serbia, they will also have to go against Europe and there should be no discussion about an utimatum.
