Description:

The former Mexican states which became independent during the Mexican War of Independence became increasingly Americanised as Americans flooded into them. These Latin states were against this and the increasing restrictions on the practice of slavery, and so they left the Confederation and formed their own Union of Latin American States: a liberal, nationalistic and slave-owning state.
