Description:
Marbury had been appointed a justice aof peace in the final moments of Adam's presidency. The next president wasn't a part of Adam's party, or the justices he picked. So, he didn't follow through with Adam's orders. The court ruled that you have to follow through with the president's choices, even after they're done. This established judicial review.
