Description:

Britain calls for international negotiation to try and stop Europe from going into war. The plan was that France, Uk, Germany and Italy- the countries that were not directly involved in the conflict- would act as negotiators between Austria-Hungary, Serbia along with their ally Russia. Though Germany refused as it did not want to give in to Britain’s orders.
