The Civil Rights Act of 1968 adds on to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 in including anti-discrimination laws in regards to housing and rights concerning Native Americans. This act was signed by Lyndon B. Johnson and was influenced by various different Housing organizations. The major cause of this act would be the first Civil Rights Act in 1964 which was the first piece of legislation to set discrimination laws. Affect of this act would be more equality for minority such as African Americans and Native Americans in regards to housing and frther civil rights.
