Walter Scott was at a parking lot of a pawn shop when when Officer Michael Slager started chasing him with a gun. Michael shot Walter until he was on the floor and was captured by a man on video on the other side of the fence. Walter died at the scene and Michael was charged with murder.Added to timeline:
