On 7 May 2011, a Lebanese journalist reported that 13 Syrianworkers who worked in Qabrshmoon, a Lebanese town in Alia, were
heading towards Idlib through the Talkalakh crossing. They were
shot by a Syrian military unit a few kilometres away from the
crossing. The source said that they were all dead except for one who
was transferred to a hospital.
