Description:

Stark visits Rhodey as he speaks with a group of recruits in a hangar. Stark asks Rhodey to join him on a "big" project he's working on. Rhodey thinks Stark has changed his mind on backing out of the weapons industry, which obviously upset the US military, but Stark tells him it's not that. Rhodey shuts him down at that, saying he needs time to get his head on straight.
